• In the second paragraph you should state the impressions you have gotten by developing your job.
• In the third paragraph we must express or future desire of establishing new working bonds, given to the accomplished experience.
• In the fourth paragraph we allocate the farewell, which must be formal and cordial, stating that will be waiting for future news from them.
• Above the sender’s name and last name, we must place his or her hand – written signature.

Given to the fact that the people we are addressing ourselves to have little time available, we consider that the gratitude letter must be brief and concise.
