company to which you are applying: what it
does, who is their competition, when it was
founded, which are its products and / or
services. You can always obtain that sort of
information in the company’s web site,
through written documents and through the
internet. Showing that you know about the
company you will also be showing that you
have a genuine interest towards it. |

The Human Resources
interviewer will like to discover and
analyze your profile fully, which is why you
must show yourself in this way, do not limit
yourself to the technical part, take into
consideration that your Human Resources
interviewer will not be acknowledged in that
matters. You must try to discover the
position of the selector: Human Resources
Manager, Human Resources Supervisor or
external consultant.
Always show what makes you different from
the others: “your plus”, that could be what
you can offer the company, the base would be
that you have already offered that in the
companies that you have already worked for.

Manage the interview in your
favor; show yourself as the solution to the
problems or necessities of the job to which
you are applying, the right answers will
come in the measurement in which you manage
to interpret which is the need and that you
are the solution.
You must also consider in the interview
important matters such as your personality
and your academic formation, do not use all
the time talking about the working aspect.
Always look to highlight the issues or
aspects that make you different from the
rest, nowadays, the people applying for work
positions are many, in your answers imagine
what could possibly be everybody else’s
answer and spice it up with your point of
view, trying to make it above the average
and different from all the other answers.
Do not lie in
your
interview, it could mean terrible damage
for you; if completely necessary, omit some
parts of the truth, but never lie.
Have your goal very clear.
By empathic and friendly with the selector.
Do not simply answer the questions, be an
interlocutor: comment, add some important
information, sell yourself, make yourself
different from the others.
Finally, when your are concluding the
interview, thank your interviewer for the
time he or she dedicate you, to consider
among his or her search, but never stay
quiet, show your interest towards the
position. Always remember that the companies
are looking for proactive employees, with
exceptional attitudes and aptitudes, just as
yours, but you will have to show them and
the adequate moment is during the working
