What is a Keylogger
a
Keylogger is a
software and
it’s capable of registering the keys through
the pulsations he or she does above them,
so, in that way, he or she is able of saving
them in the memory or registering in some
system’s file. |

Even though this tool is
intended for the development of software, it
is mostly used as part of some
malware, which
can make possible obtaining
passwords
or keys, as well as credit card account
numbers, so, in that way, the interested can
infiltrate in some private document or even
stealing information
for some benefit.
The media to use
Keylogger are
several, because hardware like tools can be
used, as well as the software like ones,
because using some device able to be plugged
to the keyboards cable or, also, if you have
at your disposal some assemble knowledge,
you will be able to add it o the keyboard,
the problem with that is that with a simple
inspection it could be easily detected that
there is a weird device attached to the
keyboard. |

Regarding the type of
software there are, we can find many which
are exclusively dedicated to do that, they
are able of detecting pulsations on the
keys; these software usually add a
Trojan or
some sort of
informatics virus,
because they mostly use it to be able to
access to your private passwords to obtain
some benefit from it.

Despite the dangers, nowadays
there have been taken certain measurements
against these types of Keyloggers, because
there are some blank pages or with important
information that put a virtual keyboard, so
the user does not have to press any key and
he or she only has do to it virtually,
meaning that he or she only has to press the
virtual keys through clicks on the mouse,
although, for these type of keyboard there
are also some Keyloggers. |

but those are still on trial and not yet
operative.
To
protect our PC
against a Keylogger or realize that we have been infected, we
must know how our PC works while we are pressing the keys,
because if the system sends a pulse to our microprocessor known
as the keyboard bios, it compares it with the corresponding
character in the characters board, after doing that, the system
makes a hardware interruption so it can send the data to the
processor, where it will be sent to the screen so we can see it.
by doing that, a register of what we are writing is created in
an encoded way, all of these happens in a very short time, so it
is almost imperceptible.

but when we have a Keylogger installed in our PC,
this time usually takes a little bit longer and it becomes
perceptible only when we are writing phrases very quickly and
some buttons do not detect that we have pressed them, or take
longer than they should. We can prove this by pressing CTRL +
aLT + DEL (SUPR) when we see record of the process running in
our PC and if there is some unknown process running, it might be
a Keylogger.
but if you want to protect your computer
in an easier and more effective way, the best thing you can do
is install an
anti Keylogger, which will be incharge
of detecting some malicious software when it is accessing to
some private information or personal page, for example: your
